MEDIA AND INFORMATION LITERACY

My Reflection about this subject media and information Literacy I learned more about this subject by knowing the value of media and Information Literacy. I really enjoyed this subject because we gain more knowledge to know the value of being media literate individual because it is a big contribution to the students on how to give a value of some topics about media and information literacy subject. Through this we understand what is the ages of technology and also by knowing the Traditional Media and New Media, Ethical use of Information, Information Literacy Skills, Types of media, Fundamental Elements of Media Literacy, Media and Information Languages, Media Representation, Plagiarism, Fabrication and Falsification and also the core rules and General Guidelines in interacting cyberspace, Societal Issues in the Information Age, Different Types of media effects and trends in media and information. All of that topics that we tackled is very important to us on how to communicate others by using social media and on how to interact with other people by using internet. We all know that social media is very important to us because by that we can get an information through using internet like facebook, twitter, instagram, google etc. That’s why this is how important in our daily lives. I really enjoyed this subject Media and Information Literacy because of our subject teacher who teaches us very well and she explained it very well also until we understand better what are those. We know that without using media we cannot know how to make our blog, projects and also the voice record about what is media and information literacy. By that I learned how to behave online etc. that you look good online. And for most we understand the Value of Media and Information Literacy. And how to be Media and Information Literate Individual of Literate Person.
